Sea Starr built a deck for me last year and recently repaired some dry rot in my beach house. They responded quickly to my calls, showed up promptly, and did a great job. I really glad I found them.

I had a really great experience with this company. They Figured out a solution to keep my house dry and clean from mold spores that was floating around in the air and helped me keep my air clean with air scrubbers With a mini split and some ducting.

We had a new ductless heat pump installed to replace a King 120V electric wall heater because we were having issues with it and learned that the wiring going to the wall heater in our 1970s house was undersized for the existing unit, options were to pull new wire to bring it to code or go for a heat pump. We decided on a heat pump due to its dehumidifying abilities and availability of air conditioning since we can't open our bedroom windows at night during the summer due to road noise. Called in early February to get a bid, accepted the bid mid-late Feb., scheduled install for late March. Normally I would get at least one other bid before proceeding but Bryant seemed very honest so we just went with theirs. They responded to follow up questions promptly. We opted for a homeowner install of the electrical connections and the hardest part of that was figuring out the paperwork and the folks at City of Florence were not helpful or knowledgeable; my husband even had to go back to pay fees they forgot to charge, but that's another review. Starr coordinated the CLPUD rebate and inspection on our behalf.
The install looks great, the unit is quieter than the old wall heater and works SO much better. Bryant knew what he was talking about with sizing; I was a little worried the unit size he selected might be slightly on the small size but anything more would have been overkill. We've been enjoying our main living space feeling warm everywhere instead of the pockets of warmth the wall heater provided. Our electricity bill has already decreased as well (that could be a combination of the weather getting warmer as well but time will tell). 10/10 recommended, if you're thinking about switching to a ductless heat pump go for it; we're very happy we did and glad we went with Sea Starr Heating.

WOW! Called them today because furnace was not heating, and they showed up a less than an hour later! Fixed our ancient furnace, so it is now warming us nicely. Cannot recommend these guys enough—responsive, reasonable charge, polite, and professional. If you need your furnace looked at, CALL SEA STARR HEATING!

We were very pleased with the Sea Star techs with the installation of our heat pump. Our new unit works like a charm and is quiet too.

Bryant and his team are great. My heater, I thought, went out and i was going to be without heat until they could replace it. They came, checked it out and got it running again. It is time to probably get a new heater, since mine is the original in the house and over 45 years old. I will definitely have Sea Starr get me fixed up.
